We are pleased to be hosting our next Yoga Teacher Training intensive at Yoga Kite Camp in Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic. Chrissy Lefavour offers internationally recognized 200 + 300 hour training options as well as continuing education training credits with Yoga Alliance.

A day at our YTT looks something like this:

6-7 am Morning Mantra, Pranayama + Meditation *beachside*

7-8:30 am Asana Practice

8:30-8:45 am BREAK

8:45-10 am Teacher Training Categories: Anatomy/Physiology, Teaching Methodology, Philosophy/lifestyle

10-10:30 am BRUNCH + discussion

10:30-11 am Break - REST + DIGEST

11:30-4:30 pm Practice Teaching, Observation, Assisting + YTT study
